General
All orders are subject to these conditions of sale. By placing an order you are accepting these terms.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from printed date.
1 Free no-obligation quotation only available to sites within a 25 miles radius of Nazeing, Essex. For sites more than 25 miles away from Nazeing, 35p per mile will be charged after 25 miles. We will refund quotation charge if we do the job. Payment for the quotation will need to be paid when we attend site to look at the job.
If we find that the job takes less than anticipated and the costs to are reduced we will reduce the invoice accordingly.
Orders
Once an order has been accepted or place by you the customer it can be canceled only in writing giving at least 48 hours prior notice. where 48 hours prior notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge 15% of the total order cost. Where total orders are to new customers and have a value more than £1000, 30% will have to be paid when ordered.
Invoices
Invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days of issue, If for what ever reason the invoice is not paid in full we reserve the right to charge 5% interest a month on the balance.
Title of goods
The goods supplied remain the property of K.D.Electrical until payment in full is made, although the risk passes to the buyer once delivered or installed.
Value Added Tax
Where applicable Value Added Tax would be charge at the rate when the invoice is dispatched.

All drawings, specifications and other information supplied by us shall remain our property together with the copyright there in. No part of this web site is to be reproduced in anyway or form with out our written consent.
